Meet Extraordinary Person, Rose Schuhmacher.
Rose is very active in her home community of Daytona Beach. For four years she served as president of Family Renew Community, a non profit organization that provides shelter for homeless families with children. She is past president of the Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce (celebrating 50 years of service to the community), served on the City's Redevelopment board and currently works as Executive Director of the Chamber. Rose serves to promote the United Way by making presentations on their behalf. In her spare time, Rose wrote a humorous book about her 30 years in the council of Catholic Women.
